Since I am currently studying for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification, I looked around for suitable learning material.
A very good source is AWS itself, namely Skillbuilder, where there are many videos and general learning material that is freely available if you have an Amazon account.
So I first started with the Cloud Quest for Cloud Practitioner, which is something like a game and you meet people for whom you then have to do tasks. Everything is explained to the respective topic that should be done, such as providing S3 buckets, creating security groups, VPC peering and so on…. You can watch videos that are quite short and then a Labs environment is provided for a certain time (eg 90 minutes) and a step by step guide. If one has this by one is to settle still another small thing without guidance.
This is only a small summary of what you can do with it, there is more to do.

The good thing in this “game” for me personally has been that I have improved my understanding through all the videos, step by step instructions and questions through the animals and drones. It is really all made very understandable, well explained and you has quite a lot of time. After completing the 100 percent you get a badge, as follows to see:
